O’s Cool Bike Foundation O’s Cool Bike Foundation is a 501c3 nonprofit that provides balance bikes to children in need across Southeast Alabama. Alabama in his name.

Every April, we honor Owen’s life by hosting the O's Cool Bike Ride and Walk in Troy, Alabama. On April 28, 2022, our sweet Owen unexpectedly departed this world far too soon. He loved life and lived every moment to the fullest. He was happiest when he was playing outside, especially when he was riding his "cool bike" like his Daddy's. At only 2.5 years old, we were anticipating that he would have

known how to ride a pedal bike by the end of summer before turning 3 years old. Onick, Lil' O's daddy, is an avid cyclist and was determined that Owen learn to ride a bike at a young age. It is our mission through O's Cool Bike Foundation that we provide as many balance bikes to younger, lower income children in the Troy, Alabama/Pike County area as possible. To accomplish this, a memorial bike ride will be held every year at the end of April to celebrate Owen's life. This initiative will allow Owen to ride on forever through the children in our community and provide many benefits to the children of Pike Co.

The cycling community came together today for the Tri-States 100 supporting Girls, Inc. in Dothan, AL. Onick always tries to participate and support our friends in cycling when he can and today he did just that! People look at us crazy when we advertise our 64 mile distance for our ride, but today he finished out the day with over 100 miles on the saddle and ventured through three states - Alabama, Georgia, and Florida! Great job to all the riders and the crew at Tri-States for another successful ride! 🚲
