The 7-word request The Glue Woman™ rehearses for 3 days:

"Can someone help me with this?"

It sounds simple.

But for the woman everyone depends on, asking for help can feel like handing someone a fragile piece of her life and hoping they don't drop it.

She is not struggling because she doesn't know she needs support. She knows. Her body knows. Her calendar knows. Her prayers know.

She struggles because somewhere along the way, being capable became her protection.

If she handled it herself, no one could disappoint her.
If she carried it quietly, no one could misunderstand the weight.
If she stayed strong, no one could accuse her of being too much.

God did not design your strength to become a locked room.

He did not give you capacity so you would never need care.

There is safe support. There are women who can hear the full sentence without making you feel dramatic. There are rooms where your need will not become gossip, pressure, or debt.

There is a kind of sisterhood where asking does not make you smaller.
It makes you honest.

Your Tiny Move™ today: Ask for 1 specific thing.

"Can you pick this up?"
"Can you pray with me before I answer?"
"Can you sit with me while I think through this?"

You are allowed to need help without apologizing for being human.
You are allowed to be strong and supported in the same season.

Save this for the moment your mouth says, "I'm fine," but your spirit is asking to be held.

The first time The Glue Woman™ chooses herself, someone may call it selfish.

Let them be uncomfortable.

Because for years, she has chosen everyone else first.

The family need. The business demand. The team crisis. The friend's emergency. The parent's appointment. The child's schedule. The ministry request. The room that needed her strength.

She has rearranged her body around other people's urgency.

She has postponed her peace to keep the room calm.

She has silenced her needs so no one would feel abandoned.

So when she finally says, "I need to care for me too," it may sound unfamiliar.

But unfamiliar does not mean wrong.

Choosing herself is not selfish. It is stewardship.

It is a holy return to the woman God created before everybody needed something from her.

When The Glue Woman™ chooses herself, peace returns to the room. Clarity returns. Health begins to matter. Identity rises. Calling gets room to breathe.

This is not her becoming less loving.
This is her becoming whole.

A whole woman loves from overflow, not depletion.
A whole woman serves from calling, not guilt.
A whole woman can be dependable without disappearing.

You are not abandoning people by returning to yourself.
You are reclaiming the peace, purpose, and freedom required to live your calling well.

Save this for the day guilt tries to make restoration feel selfish.

The 3 a.m. wake-up is not always random.

Neither is the jaw you keep unclenching.

The shoulders sitting near your ears.

The headache that shows up after another day of being "fine."

For The Glue Woman™, the body often tells the truth before the mouth feels safe enough to say it.

Because she has learned to keep going — through stress, pressure, family needs, business demands, emotional weight, and seasons where everybody needed something and she had no room to need anything back.

She can push through tired.

She can perform through tension.

She can smile through the ache.

But the body does not forget.

It keeps the record even when she doesn't.

And this is not about shame.

This is about an invitation.

An invitation to stop waiting until the body has to scream before you listen to its whisper.

Rest before the crash.

Slow down before the breakdown.

Nourish before the depletion.

Ask for help before the resentment builds quietly in your chest.

Your body is not failing you.

It is speaking to you.

It is asking for the same care you pour into everyone else.

You are allowed to listen before it becomes an emergency.

Save this for the day your body tries to get your attention.

The 5-word answer that hides a tired woman:

"I'm fine. I've got it."

And because you look polished, they believe you.

Because you answered the email, they assume you're steady.

Because you showed up dressed, composed, and prepared, they assume nothing is heavy.

Because you can pray for everybody, calm the room, cover the gap, and still smile at the end of the night — they assume you don't need much.

That is one of the quietest burdens of The Glue Woman™.

People praise her strength while missing her need.

They admire how well she carries pressure, but rarely ask what it costs her.

They call her dependable, but don't always check if she feels held.

They say, "I don't know how you do it," when what she longs to hear is, "You don't have to do all of it alone."

Fine has become her armor.

But armor is heavy too.

If you are in a season where everyone assumes you're okay, let this meet you gently:

You are allowed to not be fine.

You are allowed to need.

You are allowed to tell the truth about what you are carrying — even when it surprises people.

God already knows.

And He is not measuring your worth by how composed you appear.

He sees what the "I'm fine" is holding.

Save this for the day you need someone to see past the composed exterior.

You are more than okay. You are worthy of being held.

The 47 tabs open in her mind are not personality quirks.

They are labor.

The school form she remembered at 6 a.m.

The birthday gift she ordered before anyone mentioned it.

The client detail she caught before it became a crisis.

The parent appointment she scheduled between meetings.

The tension she sensed in the room and softened before it spread.

The meal plan.
The group text.
The prescription refill.
The invoice.
The family calendar.
The emotional temperature of everyone she loves.

This is the mental load no one sees.

And because The Glue Woman™ carries it quietly, people mistake it for ease.

They don’t see the planning behind her peace.

They don’t see the remembering behind her reliability.

They don’t see the emotional labor behind her grace.

They don’t see how many needs she has already anticipated before anyone asks for help.

Invisible labor is still labor.

Even when no one claps for it.

Even when it happens in your head.

Even when it looks like “you’re so good at handling things.”

Even when you’ve done it for so long that everyone assumes it belongs to you.

But not everything you notice is yours to carry.

Not every crisis needs your rescue.

Not every emotion needs your management.

Not every detail needs to live in your body as tension.

Not every expectation came from God.

Some of it was placed on you because you were capable.

Some of it stayed because you were kind.

Some of it grew because no one asked what it was costing you.

And some of it can be released with wisdom, support, and prayer.

You are allowed to say, “I can’t be the only system holding this together.”

You are allowed to ask for shared responsibility.

You are allowed to stop translating love into mental exhaustion.

You are allowed to let God show you what is assignment and what is pressure.

Your mind was not created to be everyone’s storage room.

It was created for peace.

For wisdom.

For vision.

For prayer.

For the dreams that still need room to breathe.

Save this for the day your mind feels full before your feet even touch the floor.

The weight no one sees still matters.

Most people admire the strongest woman in the room.

Few ask who holds her when she gets home.

She leads. She steadies the room. She makes the hard decisions, covers the gaps, prays through the pressure — and still makes someone else feel safe.

They call her strong. Reliable. Wise. Anointed. Capable.

And she is.

But strength can become lonely when everyone respects your capacity but never considers your need.

It's lonely when people trust you with their pain, but don't know how to sit with yours.

Lonely when you're celebrated for carrying weight, but rarely invited to lay it down.

Lonely when everyone assumes you're fine because you've learned to function with a full heart and a tired soul.

The strongest woman in the room is often the one who gets the least tenderness.

Not because she doesn't need it.

Because people forget that strength is not the absence of longing.

She longs to be checked on without having to hint.
She longs to be prayed for without having to perform crisis.
She longs for a room where being held is not weakness.

You are not hard to love because you are strong.
You are not too much because you need care.
You are not less powerful when you admit you're tired.

There is a kind of sisterhood that feels like exhale — where the strong woman is still honored when she's soft.

Save this for the day you feel admired by many, but deeply held by few.

THE GLUE WOMAN™

For the woman everyone depends on.

Most people think strong women need more discipline.

Many of them need a safe place to exhale.

The Glue Woman™ is the woman everyone turns to.

The leader. The entrepreneur. The executive.
The caregiver. The creative. The visionary.

She carries the room, makes the decision, holds the family together, leads the team — and still smiles when someone asks, "How are you?"

She is capable. Resilient. Admired.

And she is often carrying far more than anyone realizes.

Not weak. Not ungrateful. Not behind.

Depleted.

Because success was never supposed to cost you your peace, your health, your joy, or your connection with God.

Amour Women™ exists for her.

We help women reconnect with who they are — with mental peace, relational wealth, and financial clarity.

This is restoration with direction. Strategy with softness. Healing paired with action.

You don't need to abandon your ambition to have peace.
You don't need to shrink your calling to feel whole.
You don't need to carry it all alone.

That's The Glue Woman™.

An Amour Women™ Movement.

Follow the movement. Join a circle. There is room for you here.

The guilt hits hardest at 10 p.m., when the house is quiet and your body finally tells the truth.

You start naming your blessings.

The family.
The work.
The home.
The opportunity.
The people who love you.
The prayers God has answered.

And then the tired rises.

Not the kind a nap always fixes.

The kind that comes from being the one everyone depends on.

The one who remembers.
The one who adjusts.
The one who checks in.
The one who shows up.
The one who holds the emotion in the room.
The one who keeps going because so much would fall apart if she stopped.

So when exhaustion comes, guilt tries to preach.

“You should be thankful.”

“You have so much to be grateful for.”

“Other people have it harder.”

“Don’t complain.”

But gratitude and exhaustion can sit in the same room.

You can love your life and need rest.

You can thank God for what He has given you and still admit the pace is heavy.

You can be blessed and burned out.

You can be capable and craving care.

You can be faithful and still need a moment to cry, breathe, and tell the truth.

Tired does not mean ungrateful.

Tired means your body, soul, and spirit are asking to be heard.

God is not offended by your honesty.

He is not asking you to perform gratitude while silently breaking underneath responsibility.

He already knows the weight behind the smile.

He sees the tasks no one thanks you for.

He hears the prayers you whisper while folding laundry, answering emails, sitting in the car, caring for parents, leading teams, managing children, and trying to remember yourself.

Your Tiny Move™ today:

Place one hand on your heart and tell God the full sentence.

“Lord, I am grateful for ______, and I am tired from ______.”

No editing.
No apologizing.
No minimizing.

Let both be true.

That is not complaining.

That is intimacy.

That is honesty.

That is the beginning of being cared for, not only counted on.

Save this for the night gratitude and exhaustion both show up.

You don't have to choose between being thankful and telling the truth.

A 6-figure calendar can still leave a woman bankrupt in peace.

That is the hidden cost no one talks about.

The promotion looks good.
The business is growing.
The family is covered.
The calendar is full.
The room applauds her strength.

And underneath it all, The Glue Woman™ is quietly asking God for room to breathe.

Because success becomes expensive when it costs her peace.

When her body is tired, but she keeps calling it commitment.

When her joy gets postponed because everyone else’s needs feel urgent.

When her identity gets buried under titles, roles, responsibilities, and expectations.

When her relationships only work because she keeps absorbing the weight.

When her prayers become shorter because the noise around her keeps getting louder.

This is not failure.

It is misalignment asking to be noticed.

You can be accomplished and still need restoration.

You can be grateful and still admit you’re exhausted.

You can love your family, your work, your calling, and your community while telling the truth about what the pace is taking from you.

God did not call you to build a beautiful life while losing the woman He created.

He cares about your soul, not only your output.

He cares about your body, not only your service.

He cares about your joy, not only your responsibility.

He cares about the quiet place in you that no one sees when they are clapping for what you carry.

The next level may not require more pressure.

It may require realignment.

A slower yes.
A stronger boundary.
A deeper prayer.
A safer circle.
A rhythm that honors your health.
A life where peace is not treated like a luxury.

Success with peace is possible.

Success with health is possible.

Success with joy, identity, love, and God at the center is possible.

You do not have to keep paying for achievement with the parts of you that make life holy.

Save this for the moment your life looks full, but your spirit feels empty.

Success without peace is expensive.
