Hey Everyone! This is Mike Brissset. Here's a quick update on my upcoming DDPY Beta class. Come join us this Tuesday! It's an open invitation to anyone who wants to join.
Update: DDPY Beta Class Starts This Tuesday! đ
I am so excited to get my DDPY Certification journey moving! We officially kick off our first beta class this week, and I still have a few spots available for anyone who wants to join us.
Whether youâre a total beginner or youâve been working out for years, this program is designed to meet you where youâre at. If youâre nervous about jumping into something newâdon't be! Our first couple of sessions will focus on learning the moves and doing walkthroughs before we dive into full workouts.
The Details:
đ When: Tuesday, Feb 17th @ 6:00 AM
đ Where: Troy Community Building
đ§ What: A high-energy Yoga program (yoga + calisthenics) focused on muscle-building "Time Under Tension," stability, and flexibility.
What to Bring:
Required: A yoga mat and a positive attitude!
Recommended: A towel, water, yoga blocks, and a heart rate monitor.
(I still have a couple of extra mats and blocks if you donât have your own yet!)
