A great day for our Troy Junior Sportsman! Today they competed in the pouring rain all morning until the sun shined this afternoon. They were at their Western event in New Stanton, PA. Every single one of them gave it their all. And for the second year in a row, our Troy senior team took the top 3 individual spots. And our junior team brought home multiple awards with Adam Ganiel taking first place over all for the juniors. Congratulations to Aiden Olinger for multiple individual awards and to Jack Miller for taking home a 3rd place individual award in wild life ID. And congratulations to Alex Wilcox for taking first overall, Calvin Waldman for taking second overall, and to Dutch Abma for taking third overall!! 🥇 🥈 🥉
The Troy Junior Sportsman will be in Rome, PA next Saturday, May 16th.

We held our annual Winter Dinner this evening. We had a fantastic turn out. Thank you to everyone that came and helped support the kids and our Troy YHEC! Thank you to Clint Owlett for coming out and recognizing the first place over all kids and the first place senior team. We are all very proud of the hard work that our kids puts into this and how well they do!

LSA will be hosting a Hunter Education Course with the PA Game Commission on Saturday, March 21, 2026 at the Leroy Community Hall. Lunch and drinks will be provided. Please register at the PA game commission website. This class is limited to 25 attendees.
