MYVA recently was approved to adopt a road in its name! It was the Livernois stretch between big beaver and maple. To help keep the road maintained, the members of MYVA did a spring cleaning for the road! Things like plastic bags and containers were picked up, making the road even cleaner than before!

Members of the Michigan Youth Volunteer Association(MYVA) donated blankets, comforters, clothing, and heaters to Moon Baby Wildlife Rescue. Moon Baby Wildlife Rescue rescues and helps injured wild animals. The materials our members donated will be used to keep the injured animals warm and comfortable during the winter!

Our members at MYVA helped the Motor City Mitten Mission by making plastic rolls of yarn by using plastic bags. These rolls will be given to the Motor City Mitten Mission. The rolls of plastic yarn will be then used to make pillows, blankets, and beds for those in need. They will provide warmth to whoever needs it!

In their Seventh volunteering event, the members of MYVA delivered meals to senior citizens around the city of Troy. This was done through the Meals on Wheels program. We delivered a total of 25 meal packages!
