On July 4th the Troy Mills Historical Society will raffle these great prizes. Tickets are $5.00 each or 5 tickets for $20.00. ATTENTION

Troy Mills Historical Society is putting together a photo collection of the local men and women of Troy Mills and surrounding areas that have served or currently serving in the armed forces during war time or peace time.

Civil War, Spanish American War, WWI, WWII, Korean War, Vietnam War, Persian Gulf War and present.

We request any photos to be 8”x10”. If possible we would prefer a copy the Official Military Photo. If not, a picture taken in other military dress would be welcomed. We ask that you include, on a standard sheet of paper, any information that relates to the individuals time in service. As you may know, over 16 million service records (personnel files) were destroyed in 1973 during a fire at the Records Center in St. Louis, MO. Any information you can provide with a photo is of value.
