At the Linn County American Legion Auxiliary Conference last night - District President Helen Hildebrand told us that there are 66 veterans at the Marshalltown VA from District 2 - which includes Linn, Jones, Jackson, Dubuque, Scott and Clinton Counties.
33 of those veterans are from Linn County.
Please help us to honor those 33 Linn County veterans and ALL veterans at the Marshalltown VA this holiday season. Each veteran is given a $25 gift card to send to a loved one. Monetary donations can be sent to American Legion Auxiliary Department of Iowa. Check out the ALA website here for more information on how to donate. The American Legion Auxiliary is a 501c19 Veterans Organization.
