Family: My mom and dad (Frank and Dora) and my brother (Jonas)

Do you have any pets? Yes – 5 dogs (Max, Bob, Huck, Jack, and Howard) and 3 cats (Pete, Roundface and Squareface)

Favorites:

Food: Macaroni and Cheese
Color: Clemson Orange and John Deere Green and Yellow!
Hobby: Read, cross-stitch, put together floral arrangements and craft
Book: I have too many favorites to just pick one
Movie: Sweet Home Alabama, Grease, Dirty Dancing, Lion King and Beauty and the Beast
TV Show: I Love Lucy, The Andy Griffin Show, MASH, Castle and Adam-12
Game: Co****le, Rummy, Skyjo, and just about any board game

Besides working for NC Grange, what is your “Dream Job”?
To own, open, and operate, a Nonprofit Adult Daycare Center.

Have you lived in a state other than North Carolina?
No

What is one activity that you have done during quarantine and plan on doing in the future?
I have done a lot more cooking and baking – I hope to continue doing that.

How did you get involved with the Grange?
David Allen talked me into attending some of the meetings at Corriher Grange. But before I started going to the meetings, I rented the Corriher Grange Hall for my college graduation party and joined so that I could get a cheaper rate. Best decision I ever made!!!

How many years have you been a Grange member?

What is your home Grange and what Grange are you a part of now?
Corriher Grange is my home grange. I am still a member at Corriher but I am President at Troutman.

What is your favorite Grange memory?
My favorite Grange memory is becoming a Staff Member with the Grange!

On April 12, 2019, a check for $80 was presented to Troutman Elementary School Cafeteria for their LOVE Fund by Troutman Grange #1292. The fund is used to supplement school lunches when needed.
