Monday, October 5th (6:30-8 pm) is our kick-off night for American Heritage Girls! We're celebrating by throwing a birthday party for AHG with games, activities, and a treat.

Registration is from 5-6 pm.
Registration paperwork will be available. Come and register prior to the Troop Meeting.

*What to Expect Tomorrow:*

Masks or face shields are required for ages 5 and up.

Girls will be assigned to "Cohorts" within their units. This is a group of 10 or less girls they will stay with for the evening. Cohorts can change (what is assigned the first week is not a final assignment). If a girl brings a friend or has someone they particularly want to be with, please let us know.

Check In: Sign-In tables will be by last name instead of unit this year. Family groups will enter into main sanctuary then break off into their assigned cohorts (by units). Temperatures will be taken at check-in for all youth 0-18 years.

Please practice social distancing.

Hello Families,

This is such a scary situation we are in right now with fires burning all around. So many are facing evacuation, or have already been evacuated.

The safety of our families is our first priority. As such, the Troop Board has decided to push back our starting dates a few weeks, as families focus on meeting more immediate needs of evacuations and helping those around us during this time.

The following are tentative dates (depending on the situation):

Monday September 28th 6:30-8 pm: In-Person Leader Meeting

Monday October 4th: 5 pm In-Person Registration
6:30-8 pm AHG Kick-Off

We are praying for all of you during this time, for safety and peace.

Hello all! It’s time for the 2020-2021 AHG Program year. We plan to hold in-person meetings, although it will look a little different this fall. While Covid-19 is still prevalent, there are certain restrictions we are required to follow (see below).
To aid our troop in planning, please fill out this survey: https://bit.ly/31E4inK
American Heritage Girls will kick-off on Monday, September 21st at from 6:30-8 pm. We are planning to have a service project that evening, to celebrate AHG’s National Day of Service. Please watch for more details to come!
Registration Information
This year, we prefer families to fill out their registration paperwork digitally. Watch for an email this week with document links and details. You can also pay registration fees online via Paypal, and hopefully via TroopTrack as well.
For those who prefer in-person registration, that will be available on September 21st. Please let us know ahead of time that you are planning to register by filling out the survey. Come anytime between 5-6:15 pm to register. Download and fill out the paperwork ahead of time to make the process faster. Paperwork will also be available at registration.

Thank you for answering these questions to help us plan for the upcoming program year and get a pulse on families in our troop.
