Have you ever felt that you have the favor of God? We have been so blessed this past year we KNOW we do! Friends that are now our FAMILY, profits, attendance and participation have more than tripled.. you just can’t explain it any other way! Flat Ridge Community Center wants to thank each and everyone that came out and celebrated CHRISTmas with us last night!!
Rob & Sherry, Keith and CiCi, Andy and our bonus help Ruthie, Tim, Lynn and that hilarious Donny are our Christmas blessings.. they came with truck loads of food, cooked, served and worked like members of our community (which they really are)! We cannot ever repay them for what they have did for us at FRCC!! This time last year our Community Center was ready to close to then having a VERY good 2025 because of people with Servant Hearts. Not only did we serve 150-200 friends last night, we delivered lunch to a very special Law Enforcement Agency today as well as dining with members of 2 local churches!! You’ve heard the story of the fish and loaves? We experienced that today!
Let us also talk about our VOLUNTEERS (you know who you are). YOUR selflessness is unheard of… the cooks, musicians, bakers, janitors, decorators, carpenters and store clerks have a love for this community that shines bright!! These people show up EVERY SATURDAY NIGHT with a smile and an incredible work ethic.
Last but not least…. THE PEOPLE THAT HAVE SUPPORTED US… coming as often as you can to sit at our table, donation givers, those who often give us compliments, YOU are the SUPER STARS ⭐️ .. THANK YOU, because without you this would not be possible nor rewarding!!

We are now CLOSED for the Season. Expansion of our Dining Room will start after the New Year…. WE hope to have an exciting announcement in January…. GREAT THINGS ARE COMING IN 2026!! May God bless each of you this holiday season!!

TODAY is the day SANTA COMES TO Flat Ridge!!! Weather is good for today, Keith and Rob are getting ready to put the Ribs are on the rotisserie!! Christmas songs are being practiced!!! Santa dropped off a lot of toys last night to be ready for all the kiddos!! Event crafts are being organized!! This is a kids best day!!

Kids activities start at 3:00
Meal at 5:00
Music at 7:00
Sweet Treat drawing at 8:00 and 8:30

We are so excited for the holidays at Flat Ridge Community Center!! Especially CHRISTmas!! Our very dear friends from Bracey and Ebony VA are coming back this year to cook a wonderful meal, one you don’t want to miss I PROMISE!! We will have free activities for the kids. Santa is starting early to be at the Center, his sleigh will be loaded when he arrives so every child will receive a gift of their choice!! Sherry’s Santa Shop will be open for some shopping as well!!
