At Felons With A Future, we are sick and tired of the gun violence tearing apart our city. Every life lost leaves a hole in a family that can never be filled.
Right now, our violence interruption program, B.R.A.V.E. (Being Resilient Against Violence Encounters), is active on the ground in the North Riverdale neighborhood. While that is our main footprint, our mission doesn't stop at a neighborhood border. We want to support, guide, and help other areas in our city—but we cannot do it alone.
We need the community to stand with us.
Real change happens when we out-work the chaos. We are calling on neighbors, parents, and leaders to step up and lock arms with us. Come learn conflict resolution skills. Learn how to de-escalate a situation before it turns into a tragedy.
Let’s be clear about what’s at stake here: Our children deserve their parents. They deserve to grow up with a mother and a father who come home safe every single night.
