Are you a parent of a BNHS senior who wants to help organize an after-Prom party for this year's graduating class? If so, please contact me as soon as possible by PM or at [email protected] so we can turn the 501(c)3 non-profit association over to you to help with your fundraising efforts.

It is time for you to take over the operations of the BNHS Bobcat Bash Association, the 501c3 non-profit association dedicated to arranging the after-Prom event for graduating seniors and their dates. The innaugural event, held at Nytex Sports Centre, had over 200 attendees, and we gave away over $6000 in prizes to our students. We expect to far exceed last year's turnout, but we cannot have a successful event without both you and your student pitching in!

The BNHS Bobcat Bash, a parent led association dedicated to providing a substance-free after Prom event for seniors and their dates, will be holding an open meeting to discuss preparations for the event on Thursday, March 20, at 6:30 in the Byron Nelson library. We would like to strongly encourage all parents of seniors to attend so their ideas will be considered. We would also love to have parents of juniors attend so they can prepare to take over as their students enter senior year.

Chartered bus trip to Canton’s First Monday Trade Days benefitting the senior class of Byron Nelson High School and the 2014 BNHS Bobcat Bash
When: Thursday, February 27, 2014
Time: Bus departs at 7:30 a.m. sharp and returns around 7:00 p.m.
Cost: $45/per person

To reserve your spot, sign up online at: BNHSBobcatBash.org under the “Fundraising” tab.

Your ticket includes round-trip transportation, snacks, beverages, door prizes, goody bags, and a silent auction.

All proceeds go to the organization and ex*****on of the 2014 BNHS Bobcat Bash. The purpose of the Bobcat Bash is to give our seniors a safe and fun place to go after Prom. Our goal is to keep our kids out of hotel rooms, off the streets, and away from drugs and alcohol. Please partner with us in keeping our seniors safe.
