If you enjoy the fireworks in Weaverville please help support the show. We thank The Weaverville Chamber for their hard work organizing this event. If you love the fireworks please pitch in what you can, and help spread the word. This is our 250th birthday, let's make this a show to remember!!! 🇺🇸

LIGHT UP WEAVERVILLE THIS 4TH OF JULY!

This year we’re celebrating America’s 250th Birthday with a BIGGER, LONGER, and more patriotic community fireworks show!

Every minute of the show costs $1,000 — and thanks to generous community support from last year, we’re already at a 5-minute show with a goal of reaching 13 minutes! 💥

Your donation helps keep this hometown tradition alive for families, friends, and visitors to enjoy together on Friday, July 3rd at 10PM.

Any funds raised beyond this year’s goal will roll over to support next year’s show.

❤️ Donate by mail - POBox 345, Weaverville
🤍 Drop off in person - Trinity County Visitor Center

Bigfoot is back in the Basin! 👣🌲

The 2026 Bigfoot Adventure Challenge is officially live, and it’s about more than just the miles—it’s about the community that builds and breathes these trails. From April 1st through May 31st, we’re inviting everyone to explore the wild side of Trinity County.

Come out and show your support! This is our chance to put Trinity on the map as a premier trail destination. Whether you’re chasing a "Blackout Hat" or taking the kids on a Family Scavenger Hunt, every passport submitted helps show how much we value our local outdoor spaces.

Ways to show up for Trinity:
🚲 Ride or Run: Hit the Weaver Basin or Hayfork trails—starting from your favorite local coffee shop is highly encouraged! ( )

🛠️ Give Back: Log a volunteer day with the Trinity Trail Alliance or The Watershed Center. Supporting our trail stewards counts as a completed route on your passport! ( ) ( )

🐕 Paws on the Path: Don't forget the Dog Adventure Challenge—Trinity trails are even better with a four-legged partner.

It’s free, it’s fun, and it’s ours. Let’s show the Redding Trail Alliance and the rest of Northern California how Trinity County handles a challenge!

Download your chosen passport here: https://bigfootadventurechallenge.com/
