There are so many reasons I love what I get to call “work.”

Yesterday, I spent the day in Walnut, Iowa.

In just a short time, I had the pleasure of meeting the owner of Inherited & Co., LLC who traveled from Nashville, Tennessee, and Mary Beth, who makes the trip from Colorado to visit Walnut every year. How incredible is that?! B Restored, Frosting, Inc.- Walnut, IA

As the Director of WIDA, I get to be part of something bigger than a job. I get to know the families, business owners, and community champions who make our rural communities what they are.

This isn’t just work.
