We are so excited about The Couch to 5k program by Crossfit Jungle Gym that will kick off on August 31 at 6:30pm and is going to be truly geared to the beginner runner. These 6 sessions will set you up for success to complete our 5k! The program will include one session per week with a Crossfit Jungle Gym coach and be combined with their Chalk It app daily work to do outside of the sessions to truly get you ready!
