New Jersey's drinking water and wastewater systems need significant investment. Experts estimate our state will require $77 billion over the next 20 years just to bring existing infrastructure into a state of good repair.

Budget Resolution No. 167, sponsored by Senator Greenstein, would restore State Revolving Fund funding to $60 million, helping New Jersey secure the full federal match available for critical water infrastructure projects.
