First Rhode Island Regiment We are Revolutionary War reenactors portraying the 1st Rhode Island Regiment of Foot, the Continental Army's "black regiment".

(a.k.a. 6th Regiment USCT) The 1st Rhode Island Regiment (a.k.a. 6th Regiment infantry U.S. Colored Troops, Reenactors Inc.), is a living history and reenactment organization, portraying and educating the public about the contributions of historically Black military units. A.k.a. 6th Regiment United States Colored Troops We are a 501 (c)(3), nonprofit organization.
