Why you need a Design like This:

Most people don't have a property problem.

They have a planning problem.

They plant trees where they fit instead of where they'll thrive. They put gardens where they're convenient instead of where water naturally wants to go. They spend thousands on projects that don't connect together, then wonder why the property never seems to reach its potential.

A good design changes that.

Before a single tree is planted, we look at:

• Water flow and storage opportunities
• Sunlight throughout the seasons
• Access and movement patterns
• Existing vegetation and microclimates
• Soil conditions and limitations
• Future goals for food, livestock, income, recreation, and family use

The result is a clear roadmap that shows how all the pieces work together.

The food forest isn't separate from the water system.

The water system isn't separate from the access roads.

The access roads aren't separate from future structures.
