Trenton Community A-Team Art transforms and uplifts. The Trenton Community A-TEAM supports, develops, and promotes self-taught, local artists.

TCAT supports and promotes all the creative endeavors of self-taught artists who find it difficult to independently acquire the resources they need to develop and display their talents to the public by providing:

A permanent gallery for the display and sales of TCAT art at our Studio 51 location. Opportunities for mounting shows at museums, galleries and corporate headquarters. Visibility for creative activity through media outlets and book publishing. Provision of art supplies through budgeted funds and in-kind donations
Trips to museums, concerts, and other cultural events and to studios of area artists. Open studio hours, Tuesday-Friday 12 - 4 PM. Enhancement of community pride through outreach efforts

Tomorrow evening, we gather to celebrate art and honor a dear friend. 💛

For more than 25 years, Larry Hilton was a guiding force at TCAT as a board member, mentor, patron, and tireless champion of self-taught artists. The Art of Connection celebrates his life and legacy through art and poetry inspired by Larry and the artists he believed in.

Join us for the opening reception, presented by the Healing Arts Steering Committee at Capital Health, including the unveiling of benches donated by the Larry Hilton Foundation. A fitting gift: a place to pause, rest, and connect, right alongside the art he loved.

🗓 Wednesday, October 14, 5:00 to 6:00 p.m.
📍 Investors Bank Art & Healing Gallery, 2nd Floor Atrium
Capital Health Medical Center, Hopewell
One Capital Way, Pennington, NJ

The exhibition is on view through December 31.

We’re still smiling after Saturday’s Little Homes, Big Pride birdhouse painting event! 🎨🐦

Our young artists painted birdhouses, created paintings, and designed their own lanyards, turning the afternoon into a full creative session.

Every piece was one of a kind, just like the artists who made them.

Thank you again to I Am Trenton for helping bring free, hands-on art to young people in our community! 💛

It's a beautiful fall afternoon in Trenton, and Studio 51 is alive with creativity! 🍂🎨

The paint is out, the music is playing, the grill is going, and young artists are already hard at work on their birdhouses. TCAT artists are here painting faces, too. 🎭

There's still plenty of time (and plenty of birdhouses!). Grab the kids and come make art with us. We're here until 4 PM, and it's all free.

📍 Studio 51, 51 N. Stockton St., Trenton

Thank you to I Am Trenton for making today possible. 💛
