What happens when culture, entrepreneurship, and community come together under one roof?
News12 recently highlighted Ti Maché, our Haitian Artisans Pop-Up Market, and the growing impact of Haitian Heritage House in Mercer County.
What began as a vision to create opportunities for Haitian entrepreneurs has evolved into a platform where small business owners, artists, and community members can connect, grow, and celebrate their heritage. Ti Maché is more than a marketplace—it is a demonstration of the economic and cultural power that exists within our community.
At Haitian Heritage House, our mission is simple: empower the community and preserve our culture. Through workforce development programs, language access services, cultural initiatives, maternal health advocacy, youth engagement, and economic empowerment opportunities, we are building pathways that help individuals and families thrive.
We are grateful to News12 for helping shine a light on the resilience, talent, and contributions of the Haitian community. Every vendor, volunteer, partner, supporter, and attendee plays a role in this movement.
This recognition is not just about one event. It is about the impact we can create when we invest in culture, support local entrepreneurs, and work together to strengthen our community.
The work continues, and we are just getting started.
