We’re still feeling the energy from Friday ✨

This weekend, in partnership with the , we were proud to host ELLA Wins (Elections & Leadership Latina Academy). This powerful session brought together inspiring Latinas from across New Jersey who are ready to step into leadership and run for office.

We also learned so much from a powerful panel of leaders who shared their experiences, insights, and real talk about what it takes to lead and win!

From meaningful conversations about the issues that matter most to our communities, to building the skills and confidence needed to lead - this space was filled with purpose, passion, and possibility 💛

Today is Latina Equal Pay Day! On average, Latinas earn 54 cents for every $1 earned by white, non-Hispanic men. That’s nearly half the pay for the same work.

⏳ This wage gap means a Latina would have to work nearly 23 months to earn what a white man earns in 12.

🚨 The wage gap widens even more for immigrant Latinas and those in low-wage jobs.

✊🏽 Equal pay isn’t just a Latina issue — it’s an everyone issue. Let’s raise our voices and demand systemic change.
