You can apply for Venezuelan TPS from now until September 5, 2021!

You must have continuous residence in the US starting on March 8, 2021. You must show continuous physical presence in the US since March 9, 2021. Venezuelan TPS is designated through September 9, 2022 (if you receive TPS).
