This , we recognize the resilience, experiences and contributions of LGBTQ+ individuals in our communities, including those navigating the reentry journey.

LGBTQ+ individuals are disproportionately represented within the criminal justice system, underscoring the importance of reentry services that are informed, inclusive and responsive to the unique challenges people may face as they rebuild their lives.

Successful is not one-size-fits-all. It requires understanding individual circumstances, removing barriers to opportunity and ensuring access to supportive services delivered with dignity and respect.

Successful reentry starts with opportunity. 💙

Community Resource Centers (CRCs) do more than connect individuals with services. They help people identify their goals, develop new skills and access the education, training and employment resources needed to build stable, productive futures.

One recent success story comes from our agency member The Kintock Group, Inc.'s Newark CRC, where a participant enrolled in an HVAC and Electrical Assistant Certificate Training Program after taking advantage of educational referrals and career development opportunities available through the program. What began as uncertainty about the CRC experience became a pathway toward a new career and long-term success. 💪

Stories like this demonstrate the impact of programs that invest in people, foster self-sufficiency and create meaningful opportunities for individuals to thrive in their communities.
