Little teaser……
The Bunkhouse is Done! And now booking hunts with on site lodging!
The main Lodge is getting the outside upgraded now, interior is next!

With a lot of Hogs running around! As we drove around the ranch yesterday, 20+ hogs running across the trails we were driving on!

Excited about the upcoming hunts starting back up in February 2024 which has given a pretty good break during this current Deer season.

The cooler weather has certainly increased the hog activity!

We are going to start booking up Feb-May! Spring time will be awesome!

They are coming out in all sizes/ colors/ and times of the day!

It is middle of October, just a few weeks away from “The Rut” that deer hunters are always looking forward too!
The time of year where the big bucks get “love” crazy and looking for a doe that will have him!
Sounds a lot like many of my friends! LOL
It is when the Bucks let their guard down!

The younger bucks start sparring this time of year, like a teenager, they know something is happening to their body, but they don’t know what it exactly is just yet! The older bucks know, their necks are swelling and their noses are looking for a certain smell!

These young bucks are practicing a little horn rattling out at the ranch. Always fun to watch and see!

I will post over the weekend a little bit about what scents you should be using right now, and what you need to have in your arsenal come November!

I know it is getting to be Whitetail season! But the Hogs are still rolling around, now that the temps are cooling off we are seeing more come out in the daytime hours as well!
