Life Scout Evelyn's scouting story:

"Scouting has made a big difference in my life. Scouts has made me better aware of what this country does for us. It has taught me to follow the scout oath, law, outdoor code, 7 leave no trace principles and so much more. The Scouting program is making me be the best that I can. Scouts is my foundation for everything I do, when things are rough and I am close to breaking, I can always use my knowledge from scouts to get back up on my feet again. I highly recommend joining the scouting program."

Troop 636G kicked off the Memorial Day weekend with the Tremonton Gold Star Memorial Walk. These scouts arrived early to serve and though plans changed a bit they provided the city with the service of a litter sweep during their 2 mile urban hike.

Troop 636 challenged our local boy's troop (126) to a Pinewood Derby Race. The girls of 636 worked hard and did their research to create some fabulous car designs. All their efforts paid off as they took home the trophy last night! We greatly appreciate the good sportsmanship shared between the troops and the fun they all had preparing for and participating in yesterday's race.
