A small but MIGHTY group of volunteers came together to beautify the beach trail at The Venetian. We planted 60 native plants (Muhly Grass, Beach Verbena, Goldenrod and Dune Sunflower). 🌻 🌼

And then… the volunteers wanted more! So they removed 182 pounds of invasive rattle pods!

And then… our beach superhero Jay Pagano took them all away! 💪🏽💪🏽

Who says you can’t be in two places at once? 🤣🤣🤣
Today started out with our fabulous Second Saturday Cleanup. 43 smiling faces (LOTS of familiar faces and some enthusiastic new friends) met at Suncoast Sailing to clean the beach! 😳😳😀🏝️🏝️🏝️

Then about 1/5 a mile down the road 23 volunteers planted 54 native plants and removed invasive species! 🌱🌱🌱

Well, this turned quickly negative.

A few ideas to use this lot:
-walk the beach.
-have breakfast at Sloppys or Foxy's (limited parking there)
-Go to Ricky T's or VIP at 11
-pay to park after 12 and divide the hours as less $ per hour to park.
-don't use the lot.

Sheesh.

Did you know that the private parking lot behind Ricky T's is offering FREE (yup, FREE 🆓) parking this Friday through Sunday. 9/11/26-9/13/26 ?! 😳

The parking will be free from 6am - 12pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Scan the QR code or download the app. If you are still in the lot after 12pm, simply pay from your phone during the time past noon. 🎉🎉

This is a trial to start to assist with parking issues and will possibly extend days and hours.
