Delaware County Rural Enhancement This beautiful building in upstate NY has been decommissioned as a school and will demolished if no one rallies to save it! Things are happening...stay tuned!

The proposed Kellogg School Center will manage the building and facilitate its use for a myriad of community-run functions. The KSC will also develop a number of revenue-generating ventures and educational programming for all ages, as well as a series of special events.
