Step into the magic of the Full Moon and gather with us for a special evening beneath the energy of a Lunar Eclipse.

Join the Conscious Community Coven at Blessed Be Tea on October 27th from 6–8 PM for a cozy, open-house Full Moon Party designed for connection, reflection, and community. This is a family-friendly, come-as-you-please evening—no pressure, no agenda—just a welcoming space to set intentions, enjoy light snacks, and share in the magic of the season.

While the lunar eclipse itself will not be visible in Traverse City until later that evening, eclipses have long been viewed as powerful spiritual gateways. A Full Moon Lunar Eclipse is often associated with release, revelation, transformation, and the culmination of cycles that have been unfolding beneath the surface. It is a time to illuminate what has been hidden, let go of what no longer serves us, and prepare for the next chapter of our journey.

Together, we'll gather before the eclipse to reflect on these themes, set intentions, and align ourselves with the powerful energy of this celestial event.

Featuring: Henna with Ethereal Esthetics Community Line Poem Project

Coven members will be present throughout the evening to chat, answer questions, and connect. Whether you stay for five minutes or the full two hours, you're welcome exactly as you are.

Come gather, reflect, release, and grow with us as we honor the Full Moon and prepare for the transformative energy of the Lunar Eclipse.

Event Theme: Stillness

Join us for a special edition of Dead Poets Society, reflecting on the concept of
"Stillness"- Dictionary

Definitions :

stillness /ˈstilnəs/

Stillness is the absence of movement, sound, or mental disturbance. It describes a state of profound peace, calm, and tranquility. Far more than simply holding your body still, it is a restorative state that allows you to center yourself and quiet a busy
mind.

Details:
Date: October 10th and every second Saturday of the month
Location: Blessed Be Tea and Apothecary 116 E Front St
Time: 6PM - 7 PM
Suggested Donation: $5-$10 (Donations help keep our community events going, but they are not required to attend.)

Upon arrival, we will gather in a circle and take turns reading poetry in a round-robin style. Poetry may come from poets dead or alive, and our favorites are your own original works! Participation is encouraged but not mandatory—you’re welcome to pass if you don’t have a poem to share. However, it’s always more fun to join in!

Dead Poets Society is a community-based, open-mic style poetry reading event. At Blessed Be, we believe in the power of words and the importance of creating a sacred space for expression. While our group focuses on poetry, we also welcome writers, musicians, and all performance artists to share both mainstream and original works.

Important Note: This event is not specifically geared for children. We ask that parents use discretion when bringing kids, as poetry can sometimes touch on sensitive topics. The event is recommended for ages 15 and up.

What to Expect: Led by Allie Robinson-Ollila, this gathering forms organically, and all are welcome! Walk-ins and tag-a-long friends are always welcome.

Come and be part of our poetic community, where words come alive and everyone’s voice is heard!

Join us for a gentle and meaningful gathering: Death Café — A Conversation About Life & Death.

Held in our cozy upstairs ritual room at Blessed Be Tea & Apothecary, this hour-long circle invites open, heartfelt conversation in a space rooted in warmth, respect, and community care.

A Death Café is not about darkness or morbidity—it is about connection, curiosity, and honoring the natural cycle of life. Together, we create space to speak openly about death in a way that is thoughtful, supportive, and often surprisingly uplifting.

There is no agenda, no presentation, and no pressure—just honest conversation shared in a calm, comfortable atmosphere. Come as you are, and share as much or as little as you feel called to.

Whether you are:
• Curious about end-of-life topics
• Moving through grief
• Reflecting on your own journey
• Planning ahead
• Or simply drawn to deeper, meaningful conversation

Reiki Share Circle

Join us for our monthly Reiki Share Circle, a welcoming space for Reiki practitioners of all experience levels to gather, connect, practice, and receive healing energy.

Whether you are newly attuned to Reiki I, a seasoned Master Teacher, or anywhere in between, you are invited to participate in this community-centered exchange of energy. Reiki Shares provide an opportunity to both give and receive Reiki in a supportive environment while building confidence in your practice and connecting with fellow practitioners.

During our time together, participants will have the chance to practice hands-on Reiki, experience sessions from multiple practitioners, ask questions, share insights, and enjoy meaningful connection with others on a healing path.

This gathering is offered free of charge as a service to our community. Bring an open heart, a willingness to learn, and a desire to share healing energy.
All Reiki lineages and levels are welcome.
