Earlier this week, Up North Pride was awarded with the Thomas Judd Care Center 2026 Excellence in Community Collaboration at the annual HIV Summit.
We are very proud of the continued partnership with the TJCC team, the work we do together, and deeply honored to receive this award.

🎉That’s a wrap on Pride Week🌈

We have so much gratitude to our community. Our yearround programming reminds us that we depend on each other every day. Pride Week events remind us that our community is BIG and still growing and we think that is worth celebrating!!

🙏First thanks goes to our Executive Director Adrienne, without whom none of this could have happened. To our board who volunteers weekly to support the organization and who put in full-time hours this week to make everything flow.

🥰To ALL our volunteers!!!! Whether you poured sodas at comedy night, sold tokens, put up tents, or picked up trash, you are the arms and legs of making Up North Pride such a thriving space.

😁Thank you to our wellness partner Thomas Judd Care Center and media sponsor @9&10 to our event sponsors The Alluvion Grocer's Daughter Chocolate 3 owls counseling The Little Fleet Michigan Pride Chamber 4Front Credit Union Priority Health Traverse City ViiV Healthcare US fox & fern events Short's Brewing Company Harmony Estate Wineries of Leelanau 𝐂𝐫𝐚𝐟𝐭 𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐬 & 𝐂𝐨𝐜𝐤𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬

🤗To all our vendors at The Resource Fair, the poets and speakers at QueerStory, the food trucks, the comedians, queens and kings and especially to all of you who bought tickets, donated, or simply ENJOYED our events, thank YOU all for making Up North Pride what it is.

We exist for and because of YOU!!!
