In April of 2010 after family and friends had not heard from Jacob for a few days they reported him as a Missing Person. The last contact with Jacob in Northern Michigan was on March 31, 2010, when he was with friends frisbee golfing at Hickory Hills.

Information gathered indicates Jacob was also in Mattawan, MI on 4/1/10 driving his 2002 silver Chevy Malibu, Michigan registration BKQ4107. Jacob was last seen on 4/2/2010 in West Fork, Arkansas. No information was identified that this was a planned trip for Jacob.
