Join us tomorrow morning at Oryana 10th Street for our final Smart Commute Week breakfast from 7:00–9:00 AM. Come celebrate a week of biking, walking, rolling, riding BATA, and carpooling with fellow smart commuters.

🏆 Commuter Cup Challenge participants: Be sure to stick around for the awards ceremony beginning at 7:30 AM as we recognize this year's champions.

We’re excited for the annual Bayshore Marathon coming up this Saturday, May 23! BARC is proud to support the event by managing all recycling efforts to help keep race weekend environmentally friendly.

Founded in 1983 by local running enthusiasts, the Bayshore Marathon was created to showcase the beauty of the Grand Traverse region and the scenic Old Mission Peninsula. Runners from across the country will enjoy breathtaking courses along the shores of Grand Traverse Bay while we work behind the scenes to help keep the event clean!

As you get ready to set sail on Michigan's wonderful waterways, remember, that shrink wrap you're taking off your boat is recyclable.

The Michigan Recycling Coalition is making boat shrink wrap recycling easy by hosting a Recycle Run in partnership with Dr. Shrink, Inc., Bay Area Recycling for Community, and Biz Aid LLC - Recycling. It's as easy as registering, bagging it up and dropping it off at a participating location.
