Central Grade School PTO The mission of the Central Grade School Parent/Teacher Organization is to:
Promote the welfare of Central Grade School students.

The PTO works throughout the year to bring quality enrichment opportunities to our students as well as raise funds for classroom support and student programming. Bring into closer relation the home and school, so that parents and teachers may cooperate in the education of Central Grade School students. Develop between educators and the public such united efforts as will secure the highest advantages in physical, mental and social education.

Short’s Pull Barn is hosting a TCAPS Foundation Stewardship Event on Thursday, August 20, from 4–7 p.m. to raise funds supporting TCAPS Student Support Network (SSN) and LEAP (Learning, Enrichment & Athletic Program). Your participation helps provide opportunities and resources that make a difference for TCAPS students throughout the school year.

If your child attends Traverse City Area Public Schools, they can get free clothes, backpacks, and hygiene items to start the year with a smile. 👕

Appointments are required to shop. Slots are open now, so be sure to reserve a time that works best for your family!
