Music, stories, laughter, and a room full of curious young people. 🎶
Last Friday, Building Bridges with Music had the opportunity to spend time with 3rd–6th graders from Ann Arbor Open School at Kerrytown Concert House in Ann Arbor.

Together students listened, participated, laughed and shared some moments that made us stop and think about the importance of open mindedness. Most of all, there was connection.

While our school partnerships are rooted in Northwest Michigan, every now and then a special opportunity opens the door to share the Bridges experience with students somewhere new. We’re grateful for this one and especially for the students and teachers who welcomed us and jumped right in.

What a joy to share music, stories, and curiosity together.

What a way to kick off the school year! 🎉

Last week, students at Traverse City Area Public Schools (TCAPS) Montessori and Courtade Elementary listened, moved, grooved, and connected through the music and stories of the Bridges Quintet. 🎶

Engaging hearts and minds through the power of music. 💙
