Cub Scout Pack 36 welcomes boys and girls ages 6–10, and Troop 36 invites boys ages 11–17 to join the adventure!
📅 JOIN US FOR OUR OPEN HOUSE! Wednesday, September 16, at 6:30 PM 📍 Cherryland VFW 3400 Veterans Drive, Traverse City, MI
Scouting is about more than camping—it’s about building leadership, learning outdoor skills, gaining confidence, and making lifelong friendships.
Pack 36 and Troop 36 meet each Wednesday 6:30 PM at the VFW. The Pack and Troop are active year-round with monthly campouts, outdoor activities, community service projects, and exciting adventures.
And the adventure keeps getting bigger! Next summer, Troop 36 plans to travel to New Mexico for a high-adventure backpacking experience at Philmont Scout Ranch.

Troop 36 & Pack 36 are continuing our returnables drive right into the school year, and we’d love your help.
Got 10¢ deposit cans and bottles piling up at home? Skip the store and drop them off with us. Every return helps fund fall campouts, weekend adventures, new skills, and the next big summer camp experience for our Scouts.

Scouts BSA Troop 36 is holding a summer-long returnables drive, and we’d love your help. ♻️
Got a garage filling up with 10¢ deposit cans and bottles? Skip the trip to the store and drop them off with us instead. Every return gets our Scouts closer to a week of summer camp—campfires, canoeing, new skills, and friendships that last a lifetime.

Support our local scouting program by donating your returnable cans and bottles! Every donation helps provide Northern Michigan youth with the opportunity to attend summer camp, build leadership skills, explore the outdoors, and create lifelong memories. 🌲🔥
