Noah's Legacy Project

Noah's Legacy Project Noah's Legacy Project is committed to providing opportunities for underprivileged children to learn the game of baseball and how to be a good teammate.

Noah's Legacy Project is dedicated to providing equipment and funding to those in need of it to better their baseball program. We will collect new and gently used baseball equipment for distribution and fund raise for field and program improvements. Equipment and monetary donations will be dispersed locally and abroad. Our future plans are to expand facilities for use by local baseball programs in

honor of Noah. On April 19, 2022, we lost our son to suicide as a result of high school bullying. Noah was a high school junior, baseball was his love and pitching was his passion. He trained with Jason Stanford at the Stanford Baseball Academy for 8 years and was well on his way to becoming a college level pitcher. Noah dreamed of contributing to underprivileged baseball players and programs within the United States and abroad. This was a great trauma in our lives and we realize that Emergency Responders see trauma like this every day. So in addition to assisting athletes with their mental health, we strive to provide opportunities for emergency responders to reduce stress from their job via healthy outlets. Noah's Legacy Project was founded by: Lon & Heidi Emerick

Yesterday we were invited to participate in Reynolds Youth Baseball Opening Day Ceremonies.

Reynolds Little League was a huge part of Noah's life and laid the foundation for his amazing baseball career and accomplishments.

Maggie got to throw out the first pitch to Drew Kilgore; a family that we love and respect because of the relationship they had with Noah.

We are always happy to support our local baseball program. With our donation from last year's spring SxS ride, they were able to re-do the sod on the infield.

Make someone smile today. Please.

On March 14th we filled up our vehicles, 3 VEHICLES, and headed to Pittsburgh to collaborate with the Pittsburgh Pirates. 💛🖤

All of our donated equipment was inventoried, boxed and shipped to Florida where it will be loaded on a cargo ship and be on its way to the Dominican Republic!!!!

Once in the Dominican, this equipment will go to children in need all over the island!!

After our experience there, a few years ago, we know these kids will be absolutely ECSTATIC to receive equipment.

Our heartfelt thanks to everyone that donated to this amazing mission of ours. You make Noah's dream come true with each piece of baseball equipment. 💙💜🩵❤️

We would like to congratulate Jacob Rust for winning the Noah Geiwitz Heart and Hustle award for the Reynolds basketball team this year. He is a genuinely nice person and a great teammate. He embodies Noah and we could not be happier with that choice!

We want to offer a HUGE THANK YOU to Jason Carcelli and the Poland youth baseball/softball group for the awesome donation to our equipment drive!! This is what our shed looks like after their donation. This isn't even all of it!! We will be taking all of this and the rest down to Pittsburgh next Saturday to give to the Pittsburgh Pirates so they can fly out to the Dominican Republic for donation to the underserved youth there. Noah would absolutely love that we have kept this dream of his alive. This is why we do it. His love for the game of baseball continues to spread positivity and help others.
