Enjoy this memorial weekend. Consider all the people that have committed 4 to life for YOU to have the opportunity you do. Be greatful for the chance to not be divided and be UNIFIED to be a FORCE for good. To fight the good fight over hunger, addictions, poverty, predudice, and just plain ugliness to our neighbors. Show a little extra LOVE and appreciation today and everyday to help each other out. If even to practice smiling and saying hello before it's too late for some. Make it a habit to hug a person a day. See how your neighbor is doing. Send a card to your son or daughter you haven't heard from in awhile. Share forgiveness. You never know. That may become the new epidemic. Never give up.

The Community Foundation of Westmoreland County will soon be accepting applications for community projects that will help revitalize the towns, boroughs, and cities across Westmoreland County. Interested in a new main street program, park improvement, public art, or façade improvements for your community? ALL communities across Westmoreland County are eligible for funding this year.
