Homeowners (Caution)
We have a homeowner who has received a package left on their porch with three boxes of movie candy in it . There was a pamphlet in it saying it was from the Nielsen TV ratings, they were checking around to see if anyone else in the neighborhood had received this?

This morning a man dressed in back, backpack and ski mask was seen learking about the neighborhood during the early hours of the morning. The authorities were contacted but please lock all doors of vehicles/homes and watch your mailboxes.
If you notice any suspicious activity

Watch Out!
Individual mailboxes on Lariat Trail were pull open last night.
Just a reminder we typically see more home thefts, car break-ins and mailbox tampering during the fall. Make sure to check your boxes regularly, lock your cars and lock doors and windows if your homes when you are away. If you notice any mischievous activity please contact the authorities. Let’s keep our eye and ears open to our community.

We have two dogs running loose without their owners. Animal control has been contacted, please keep animals and children safe at home until the owners are found or animal control can take care of them. If you know the owners of these 2 dogs, you can respond here and we can hopefully connect them with their owners.

We have had a home broken into (back yard is backed up against Nels Nelson) It seems as though these individuals are watching for opportunities when our homeowners are following the routine of a normal work week. Please lock all doors/windows and check mail boxes daily. This home had the window smashed and they entered by climbing to the upper floor.
Let keep our eyes and ears open for those individuals that choose to be destructive and dangerous. Stay safe!

We have limited lighting in the area. If you are driving please drive very slowly as young children in their excitement may run into the streets. Also, be vigilant watching for mischievous individuals who seem to cause damage during the evening/night time hours. If you suspect something is not right please contact the authorities. Be safe and have a fantastic time trick-or-treating!

Home Owner Alert from Saddle Trail

Dear Friends and Neighbors, a warning to let you know that the sweet little old lady at 8283 has a Caddy Shack problem and will have her yard treated for moles on Monday, 21st August. The treatment is supposed to be nontoxic for domestic pets. I don’t trust it. Please, if you would, prevent your pups and wandering felines from accessing my gardens for a couple of weeks or until we have a good rain - whichever comes first. I’d be devastated if protecting myself from a fall caused illness or worse to one of our furry friends.
