By now you should have received your bi-annual dues invoice. I have contacted the property group to let them know that we didn’t receive our invoices until yesterday with a due date of today, July 1.
I have requested that with our next invoice we would like our invoices sent our 6 weeks prior to the due date. As for this invoice there is a fifteen day grace period. If this has caused any problems with your current invoice you can contact the property group directly.
