Join your hometown firefighters and police officers for the 2nd Annual Fire vs. Police Flag Football Game, benefiting the Tracy High Cheer program. This is more than a game—it’s a chance to bring our community together for a great cause while watching some friendly competition between those who serve Tracy every day.

Today, we pause to honor the brave men and women who gave everything in service to our country. Our members are proud to continue a long-standing tradition of remembrance and service on this Memorial Day. We remember the fallen, honor their sacrifice, and wish everyone a safe day. 🇺🇸

Today, our members took part in a large-scale HazMat training scenario at the Safeway distribution warehouse. With multiple large commercial warehouses in our response area, training in realistic environments is critical to ensuring we’re ready when the real incident happens.

🚨 Vegetation Fire Contained Near I-580 & Tracy Boulevard 🚨

At approximately 3:30 PM this afternoon, Tracy Fire and CAL FIRE units responded to a vegetation fire in the area of I-580 and Tracy Boulevard. Due to an aggressive initial fire attack by responding crews, forward progress of the fire was quickly stopped at approximately 6 acres.

Firefighters remain on scene for mop-up operations, with full containment expected within the next hour. No structures were threatened and no injuries have been reported.

As temperatures rise and vegetation continues to dry, we encourage the public to remain vigilant and avoid activities that could spark a fire.

We appreciate the coordinated response between Tracy Fire and CAL FIRE personnel.

Almost one year ago, our crews responded to a skydiver trapped in power lines.

Alongside Pacific Gas and Electric Company, our members operated with the utmost professionalism to safely rescue the patient. #

Hearts of Heroes recently featured the incident in a segment highlighting the response and teamwork involved.

Yesterday, on April 29th 2026, members responded to a garage fire on Montgomery lane. E91 arrived in less than 5 minutes from dispatched time. Fortunately, a quick response assisted in containing the fire to the garage with no injuries reported.

Last night, April 20th 2026,our members responded to a 2 alarm structure fire near 11th St. x Cabe Rd.

Firefighters arrived to a well-involved commercial building with nearby homes threatened. A second alarm was quickly called for. Aggressive, coordinated efforts, crews protected multiple structures and kept the fire from spreading further.

Two mobile homes were lost, no injuries were reported.
