Military Moms Tracy is an organization of women who meet monthly to provide emotional support for Moms who have children in the military. Military Moms meets monthly and is always eager to welcome new members. If your son or daughter is joining any branch of the military please let us know we'd love to support you. Donations are welcome to offset the Banners of all enlisted soldiers from Tracy that line the Central Street and to offset the cost of mailing packages to our soldiers.

Military Moms Tracy has retired the group. It was an honor for 17 years to support our Tracy troops through prayer, care packages etc.
Thank you all you military families who gathered together all those years. A very true blessing to have spent time with you.

Military Mom's Tracy supports all our Tracy troops. We put active duty Tracy military on banners at City Plaza and send care packages with donations for shipping to all deployed to War Zone from Tracy. No appointment necessary! Enrollment Specialists, Medical Providers, Veterans Service Officers on site
The VA Palo Alto Health Care System Mobile Medical Outreach will provide brief medical examinations, consultations, & referrals.
If you are uncertain about your eligibility for medical or psychological services, members of our team can provide you with information about and assistance with, eligibility and enrollment for VA care. VA healthcare may complement your current insurance coverage. Eligibility requirements have changed, therefore, if you have been denied in the past, please come meet with us. New benefits are available for Vietnam and Iraq/Afghanistan Veterans.
VA healthcare fulfills Affordable Care Act (ACA) requirements.
If you are NOT currently in the VA system, please bring an extra copy of your DD 214 (discharge papers) to attach to your enrollment form. If you do not have a copy of your DD214, we may be able to obtain one for you.
In addition, Veteran Service Officers will be available to review your benefits, assist with enrollment forms, and provide assistance with filing claims.

Ever driven down to the end of 10th by City Plaza in downtown Tracy and noticed the Tracy Supports Our Troops banners? Those banners are the courtesy of the Military Moms Tracy group. We've been around for 15 years, quietly working behind the scenes and supporting our military men and women from Tracy. During the years my son served, there were over 476 kids from Tracy in the military and at one point there were about 150 of our kids in Iraq and Afghanistan. This town of Tracy produces patriotic Warriors unafraid to serve and protect. Hooah Tracy🇺🇸
