43 years.
A mother still waiting. 🍃🌱🍃

Ora Owens was brutally attacked in her Menlo Park home and left unconscious. When she regained consciousness days later, one of her three sons was gone.

That son was Mitchell Deon Owens.

For 43 years, Mrs. Owens has lived with unanswered questions, grief, and unwavering love for her child. Today, as new investigative leads emerge, we are being called—not to spectate—but to stand with her.

This could have been any one of us.

Any mother. Any family. Any child.
But it was Mitchell.

SousSHE is asking our community to show up in love, unity, and presence. To stand beside Mrs. Owens. To bear witness. To remind the world that Black children do not disappear without accountability.

We gather to honor Mitchell’s name.
We gather to hold Ora Owens in love.
We gather because community is how we keep memory alive. 🍃🌱🍃

Good food.
Good energy.
Big three unlocked. ✨

We talked zodiac vibes, read birth charts, manifested out loud, and laughed through the magic.
The stars aligned, but the sisterhood sealed it. 🌌

A MID-WINTER MANIFESTATION!!

A reminder of why we gather.

A full room.
Open hearts.
Real conversations that didn’t rush healing or joy.
Good food (of course)
Laughter layered over vision boards.
Sisterhood in its purest form.

Our 2nd Vision Board Party was about presence. Showing up exactly as they were and leaving a little lighter, a little clearer, and deeply affirmed in their becoming.

We witnessed women naming what they’re releasing.
Claiming what they’re ready to receive.
Choosing themselves, on purpose.

Thank you for pulling up, sharing space, cutting visions, speaking truth, listening deeply, and holding community with care.

This is what it looks like when Black women create futures together, rooted in rest, intention, and abundance.

Until the next circle…
we carry this energy forward.

Sis… this year asked a lot of you.

And yet—here you are. Becoming softer. Becoming wiser. Becoming more you than ever before.

So this year’s theme is clear: “The Year I Choose Myself On Purpose.”

No pressure. No performance.

Just a circle of Black women and girls ready to rest, release, and receive everything that already belongs to us.

Come create your 2026 vision surrounded by community, warmth, and intentional joy.
We’re bringing the magazines, affirmations, tea, music, and healing atmosphere.
You bring yourself—exactly as you are.

✨ Guided reflection prompts
✨ Rest-focused visioning
✨ Release + receiving ritual
✨ Community playlist + soft winter vibes

This is your moment to pause.
To breathe.
To declare: I am choosing me this year—on purpose.

This week, we honor the International Day of the Girl. Our work is to remind the world that Black girls are not waiting for the future—they are the future, shaping it with every idea, every dance, every dream.

Our focus remains clear: create spaces where Black girls and women can lead, heal, and build with the power already within them.

This week, we move with gratitude for every girl redefining possibility.
oin us in affirming her brilliance.

✨ Becoming What We See ✨

Girl, you DESERVE IT ALL....

Manifestation isn’t a trend—it’s a practice. It’s about believing in what we deserve, naming it boldly, and making space to receive it.

Next Thursday, we’re gathering for our Vision Board Party, where we’ll dream out loud, cut, paste, and map the futures we’re walking toward. Bring your own board—we’ll supply the rest! From affirmations to images, this is about declaring our goals and holding ourselves (and each other) accountable to them.

Soar Black Girl 🤍🤍🤍

Assata Shakur taught us that freedom is not given—it is created, protected, and carried forward through community and love. Her life was a declaration that Black women are power, strategy, and vision.

We honor her by continuing the work: raising up little sisters with knowledge of who they are, reminding big sisters of their brilliance, and building spaces where we all can thrive.

Sis, let’s carry Assata’s light forward together. Take time this week to read her words, speak her name, and share her legacy with another Black girl who needs to know she comes from a lineage of power.

Share what girls need tonlearn from Sister Assata or drop your favorite quote from her below so we can weave her brilliance into our collective memory.

It’s Almost Time, Sis!

Tomorrow we’re coming together for our second Money Date 💜 A space to get real about our habits, unpack the emotions tied to our coins, and share the strategies that keep us grounded and growing.

We’re not stressing—we’re getting comfortable, prioritizing ourselves, and walking away with new tools, resources, and confidence in how we move with money.

📅 Tomorrow | 5:30–7:30PM
📍 The WERC @ Eastmont

Bring your notebook, your questions, and your energy—it’s about growth, healing, and building abundance together. 🌱
