The Tracy Area Community Foundation is accepting applications for grants to nonprofit organizations, schools, government agencies, and projects that use one of these entities as a fiscal partner. Grants are being awarded starting at $500. To apply you will need an email address, phone number, project title and description, start and end date, and budget. Apply here:
