We've got another hot day today y'all, been out here 10 minutes and I don't think I can handle it. If anybody wants to join for some volunteer work, I'll be back around 5:30 when it cools off a bit

Due to the extreme heat today, I will be back at the community Garden later this evening, around 5:30
Be safe, be blessed, and stay hydrated ❤️

I am very excited to continue nurturing the next generation of garden plants.
Collecting seeds from our plants can really make a huge difference in the production and hardiness of next seasons plants. These seeds hold the key to all the genetics necessary to fulfill my experiment.

Pictured below is last season's carrot that was overwintered for the purpose of going to seed.
