There is always one photo each year from our hospital visits that stops me in my tracks. This is that photo.

It captures everything that truly matters in life—health, love, family, and the people who care for you when you need it most. This time of year can be especially hard for so many. Some are missing loved ones they’ve lost. Others are hoping and praying for their health—or, God forbid, the health of their child.

I hope this little guy is blessed with good health in the year ahead. We are praying for his doctors, his family, and all those walking alongside him. Our brief visit was a powerful reminder of what life is really all about. ❤️ Kindness is the greatest gift we can give!
