WORRIED!!?
Maybe you don't need to be. I've been dealing with ITP for 10 years now and the single biggest symptom is the worrying. Allll the time I spen t wondering if ill be alive next week. Please allow me to help. A doctor gave me a simple guide to relax by.
Once you have been diagnosed with ITP, the following numbers can be used as a vague guide to help determine the appropriate amount of attention to give your blood...... Because we could worry all day.
I was told the best way to look at it is ...
100+ = worry free
50-100 = OK,
0-50 = Lets watch (the goal is to lower the number 50 to your lowest comfortable number)

Please live an expressed and joyous life, 10 years ago they thought I had a month to live... So I've learned one valuable lesson on top of everything else: Do not worry. You are here. And will be. Have fun. 🌹I didnt write this but helped me feel better
