The Maryland Client Assistance Program (CAP) helps individuals with disabilities understand and use services offered through the Division of Rehabilitation Services (DORS) and the Centers for Independent Living (CILS). Because understanding these services can be overwhelming, CAP advocates are available for free to help navigate the process.
