In partnership with Senator Carl Jackson, Baltimore County is holding a Career Fair at the Middle River Recreation Activity Center (RAC), as a part of their Neighborhood Series.

The Baltimore County Mobile Career Center (MCC) will be onsite during the career fair. Meet with employers and training providers, get connected with community resources and receive a wide range of career services.

Please consider going or share with others looking for jobs in Baltimore County. Thank you Senator Carl Jackson for initiating this awesome event.

FYI - please continue to conserve water. Avoid watering lawns and washing cars.

🚰 Baltimore’s water supply is changing temporarily as drought conditions continue. Here’s what you need to know. 💧

DPW is preparing to use water from the Susquehanna River to supplement our declining reservoir supply. Susquehanna water will be blended with reservoir water, then treated and tested before reaching customers. Baltimore’s drinking water will continue to meet drinking water standards.

Most residents should notice little to no difference, although some customers may notice minor changes in taste, odor or color.

Conservation still matters. Susquehanna water helps supplement our supply, but rainfall is needed to restore our reservoirs.

Please continue to conserve water and follow DPW for updates.

Another good reason to buy local! Burton Farms is just a few miles away!

As the CDC continues to investigate the source of a cyclospora outbreak currently impacting multiple states, buying produce from small local farms is one way to minimize exposure. Meet some of the local growers who are committed to regenerative, sustainable practices:

Fireworks cancelled tonight due to weather.

TOWSON FIREWORKS CANCELLED (SUNDAY, 7/5/2026)
Due to the forecast for severe weather and out of an abundance of caution for the safety of our residents, guests, volunteers, and our fireworks crew, tonight's (Sunday 7/5/26) fireworks celebration has been postponed for later this summer.

We know many of you were looking forward to the event, and we share your disappointment. We are working to reschedule the fireworks as part of a future community event and will announce the new date as soon as it is confirmed.

Thank you for your understanding and support as we prioritize everyone's safety.
