Need something to do on this drab Friday? Come help at the Quilt Cupboard Workshop from 10-2 located at the Senior Center in West Groton (163 West Main Street).

From our Chair: There will be plenty to keep us busy. Rolls of new batting and some new backings have arrived so we will be cutting backings and battings for many of the beautiful tops that have been donated. We also will be assembling kits. You may choose to spend time working on your own project for the Cupboard or working on a kit that we have here for you. You would need to bring your own machine.

It would be nice if we could have a small group making comfort hearts for Guild members. Our supply is depleted. You would need your own machine, but I do have the supplies for the hearts. Email me if this interests you.

I hope some of you can attend for an hour or all 4 hours. Bring your lunch or snack!

Yay! Our meeting is tonight at the VFW. It starts @ 7, but pre-meeting activities start at 6:30. Hope to see some new faces.

While we would normally be meeting at the VFW tonight, it will the second Wednesday of the month thru December.

Tomorrow, August 15th, we will have an Open Sew. It will be held at the Pepperell Community Center, 4 Hollis St., Pepperell. We meet to sew in the company of others from about 10 to about 3 or so, bring your lunch or venture out for something nearby. If you are interested in the guild please join us - all are welcome.
