The Filling Station is a ministry in Honduras that reaches the lost and hurting with Jesus by filling them physically as well as spiritually.

We believe discipleship is key! Showing the people Jesus through our own actions.

🍕🍦🍉 A Day Full of Smiles and Special Treats 🍉🍦🍕

One of the best parts of our Summer Day celebration was sharing delicious food and treats together!

The children enjoyed fresh fruit, ice cream, and pizza—a combination that brought plenty of smiles and excitement throughout the day.

💛 While the food was certainly a favorite, the greatest blessing was seeing the children gathered together in a safe place where they are loved, encouraged, and reminded of God's goodness.

Thank you to everyone who helps make days like this possible through your prayers, generosity, and support.

☀️🎉 Summer Day at The Filling Station 🎉☀️

We began our April activities with a special Summer Day, one of the events the children look forward to most each year!

Many of the children are not able to go on vacations or special outings, so this day is always a highlight. We started by thanking God through prayer and songs before enjoying a fun-filled day together.

The children were excited to spend time with the mission team that visited that week and had a great time answering Bible questions and winning prizes. It was wonderful to see their enthusiasm as they learned, participated, and enjoyed the activities.

💛 Days like these remind us how important it is to create opportunities for children to have fun, feel loved, and continue growing in their faith.

💛🩺 Serving the Community with Care 🩺💛

Oscar was able to assist several people and provide needed medication to those in the community.

🙏 We are thankful for the care and compassion he continues to show through his work at The Filling Station. Without a doubt, Oscar is doing a wonderful job serving and helping others in meaningful ways.

💛 Thank you for supporting a ministry that not only feeds children spiritually and physically, but also helps care for practical needs within the community.

📖🎨 Continuing “The Great Adventure” 🎨📖

On Saturday the 28th, the children continued their discipleship journey through “The Great Adventure.”

This time, they spent time painting, answering questions from their discipleship books, and continuing to grow in their understanding of God’s Word.

🍲 They also enjoyed a delicious tortilla soup, sharing fellowship and a joyful time together.

💛 We are thankful to see the children learning, participating, and growing in faith week by week.

🎨💛 Preparing for Father’s Day 💛🎨

On Saturday the 21st, the children spent time working on a special project for Father’s Day. They enjoyed decorating picture frames to give to their fathers as a gift made with love.

It was a fun and meaningful activity that allowed the children to express appreciation and creativity while spending time together.

💛 We love seeing the joy and excitement they put into every project they create.

💛🍴 Serving with Love at The Filling Station 🍴💛

On Saturday the 21st, the children were blessed with delicious homemade pupusas and empanadas lovingly prepared by the ladies who serve in the ministry.

These meals are more than just food — they are another way the children experience care, kindness, and the love of Christ each week.

🙏 We are so thankful for the women who faithfully give their time and effort to serve these children with joy.

A special moment as some of the teen girls helped lead the worship songs for the children at The Filling Station!

🌱 It is such an encouragement to watch these young ladies grow in confidence, serve others, and use their voices to worship and lead.

📖💛 Young Leaders Sharing God’s Word 💛📖

On Saturday the 14th, Sadia and Yohani shared the Bible lesson with the children using the theme “The Great Problem,” based on Genesis 2:15 and Genesis 3:23.

It brings us so much joy to see these young women stepping forward and getting involved in teaching and sharing God’s Word. The children were very happy to receive them and listened with excitement and attention.

🌱 Moments like these encourage us as we watch God raise up the next generation of leaders and servants.

📖🌎 March Activities at The Filling Station 🌎📖

We began the month of March on Saturday the 7th with the lesson: “God Made Everything Good, and Everything Belongs to Him.”

Based on Genesis 1:1 and Genesis 2:3, the children learned about God as the Creator of all things and how everything around us reflects His goodness and care.

The children listened, participated, and continued growing in their understanding of God’s Word.

🍽️ After the lesson, they enjoyed a delicious meal of pasta with ground beef, sharing fellowship and time together.

💛 We are thankful for another month of teaching, learning, and growing together in faith.
