We had so much fun getting Swift ready for the summer. The thunderstorm mint have cut into our swim time, but we still had an awesome time. Especially on the waterfalls at the repelling cliffs.

Venturing Range and Target Activities (RATA)
April 24 – April 26, 2026
Bench Rest Rifle Club, Wright City, MO
Friday, April 24, 2026, 6:30pm through Sunday, April 26, 2026, 1030AM

Join in the fun with this Venturing weekend campout and RATA activities all day on Saturday, April 25th with all your Venturing, Exploring and Sea Scouting friends. We've got a great day on the range planned for all.

Who Can Attend:
All Venturing, Sea Scouts, and Explorers!! This is a Crew activity, not an Individual Activity.
Check-in: Friday 6:30pm-9pm or Saturday 6:30am-8am
Come for the Weekend or Come for the Day!!

Shooting Cost: $35/Scout, Adults Free (to support their Crews)
Camping Cost: Free
Food: Each Crew is on their own.

Scheduled Activities:
Slow-Fire Rifle, Distance & Accuracy Competition-both in .22LR
12-gauge & 20-gauge Clay Pigeons

What to bring:
• All shooters must complete the GSLAC Outdoor Programs Parental Release Form
• All Youth (under 21) Must have the Bench Rest Youth Hold Harmless
• All Adult Must have the Bench Rest Adult Hold Harmless
• Medical forms for all present
• Food for the day or weekend
• Camping Gear if you are coming for the weekend
