September 11, 2001. 25 years. A quarter of a century. That's when the world as some of us knew it changed drastically. It was a beautiful Tuesday morning. The weather was almost identical to what it is right now. Those of us that remember the day and the events can tell you exactly where we were and what we were doing. Even what we were wearing. We promised to never forget. We haven't forgotten. Today we reflect and honor those brave men and women that lost their lives in the attacks that changed the world.

We miss September 10, 2001. Lest we forget.

It's soon that time of year! Wings will be back this fall, sometime in mid September.

That brings up a very important question.

Should we continue having wings on Monday nights? Should be switch wing night to another day of the week? What about Sunday afternoons for football?

The club has discussed opening Saturday nights instead of Wednesday nights.

Please help us decide. Since I'm not sure how to create a poll, your comments will be tracked thru this post.

This Saturday we will be set up at Bulldog Boutique in Lykens serving hot food for the Lykens Yardsale Day. Stop by and grab something off the griddle. We will have breakfast sandwiches from 7am until 10am and then we will be serving burgers, dogs and cheese steaks. We'll even have a deep fryer along and are offering pierogies and MAYBE fries.
